Seriously. </span><br/><span></span><br/><span>Let’s start at 7 AM, California time. That’s around when Carlo and I get up and start our work (or play games and load up on caffeine if we want to be technical about it). The team arrives to the studio around 10 AM and works as long as it takes - generally until 8 PM or so, often later if we’re working on a big update.  A few of our programmers work across town, often coding as late as three or four in the morning. </span><br/><span></span><br/><span>Right as the studio is wrapping up for the day, our team of modelers in Shanghai are getting into work. Afternoon in China is morning in Israel, where a couple of our artists are beginning the day’s work.
